Please read my guidelines,
It will give you an idea of the process, from your initial idea to shipping.
Commissions being a very delicate art form, it’s important that we understand what it involves.
By commissioning a painting, you are choosing me for my style, my colour range, stylisation and my vision. The client will provide some information about what they have in mind, colours and any details that could help me find the magic in it. If there is any artwork of mine you fancy, feel free to mention it, it helps during the process.
MURAL
Do you have a wall that needs love and quirkiness?
Send through some ideas, photos of the wall and dimensions and I'll get back to you to organise a meeting.
Generally, my fee is based on a daily rate, each project being different, we will work together to meet each other expectations.
ARTWORK
Do you have a vision and would like me to create it?
Telling stories is what makes me happy. Tell me your story and we will work together to create the right vision. Send me a selection of web images / artworks of mine inspiring you and we start from there.
PAYMENT AND COLLECTION
There is generally a non-refundable deposit after we agreed on the nature of the commission. it will be adjusted consequently to the project and the material involved. ( murals or smaller artworks). This deposit covers the design and my time spent on the proposal.
In this case, the painting doesn't correspond to your vision. The artwork will be placed in Tankateo’s available collection of artworks for sale.
Full payment has to be made at pickup by bank transfer. The pick up is from Tankateo’s studio in EDEN HILL Any delivery can be arranged within Perth region and is charged consequently to distance from EDEN HILL 6054.
Shipping within Australia or overseas: a quote will be provided before the painting process, shipping Art could be expensive, that’s why we are giving you the postage fee when we agree on the format and before any further enquiry.
